In the centre of Bormio, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 700 m from the skiing area. Public parking 100 m on the road extra. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, bus stop 150 m, thermal baths "Bormio Terme" 500 m. Chair lift 700 m, ski school, children's playground 150 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bormio 2000 10 km, Santa Caterina Valfurva 13 km, Livigno 37 km. Hiking paths: Croce della Reit, Val Zebrù, Sentiero Glaciologico Alto, Malga di San Colombano, Val Viola. Please note: no lift. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
