Nestled in a private and quiet neighborhood on the heights of Cannes, this stunning 250 sqm contemporary villa offers excellent amenities and a panoramic sea view.
The main living room is spacious and bright, featuring an American bar and a reception area that extends to terraces and an infinity pool.
The villa also boasts a total of 5 bedrooms, as well as a rooftop terrace for evening cocktails, a home cinema room, and a sauna.
The Accommodation
Located in a private and secluded area on the heights of Cannes, just 10 minutes from downtown Cannes where you can access the beaches and restaurants.
A truly unique villa with a sublime setting, where you can enjoy beautiful days with friends and family, surrounded by a stunning sea view and the Côte d’Azur.
This modern, standalone 250 sqm home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with sea views.
The house consists of:
• A large living room offering a sea view, with two large sofas and a dining area. There is also air conditioning throughout the house (including in every bedroom and the living room/kitchen area).
• A separate kitchen open to the living room, with an American bar.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms:
• 4 master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a large king-size bed (180 x 200 cm).
• An additional bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm), but no bathroom.
The property also includes a beautiful garden with a double infinity pool and sun loungers. There’s also an outdoor lounge by the pool with a sea view.
Around the pool, you will have access to an outdoor shower room.
Plenty of parking spaces inside or outside, with a private garage that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
The house is equipped with fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi routers to provide internet throughout the home. If you’re looking to work, there are also four computer screens with webcams, mice, and keyboards—just plug in your laptops.
