Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, there is also another kitchen, a utility and a living/dining room. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking. Timber Barn is an incredible barn in a wonderful location.

The village of Eardisland is on the banks of the River Arrow, a picturesque holiday location with pubs, tea rooms and a shop. Hay-on-Wye is within reach as are Ludlow, Hereford and the Brecon Beacons National Park. Surrounded by countryside including Offa's Dyke and the Golden Valley, this is a location for walking and cycling trails as well as a cheese factory, vineyard and cider farms.
