Red House is a substantial property housing a kitchen/living room, a dining room, a snug with open fire, a games room with a gym/sauna. Appliances include AGA oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a family room with two king beds, three doubles and a twin, served by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a patio with furniture, hot tub and barbecue, a heated games room, gym/sauna, double tennis courts, a croquet lawn and ample off-road parking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 2.5 miles there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Escape to Red House and holiday on the Devon and Dorset border. Please note: No loud music or sounds outside after 10:30pm as the property sits in a residential area. Please note:

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes.
