Open-plan sitting room with Smart TV, double-sided woodburning stove, pool table, darts board, selection of books and games, and a conservatory with the other wide of woodburning stove, and dining seating. Ground-floor double bedroom, super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), and a twin. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and patio, enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power bed linen and towels are included. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Your journey to Gwynedd is guaranteed to be one to remember, with a stay at Talar Wen. Renowned as a centre for great watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and whitewater rafting, Bala is also the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway. The town itself is steeped in history and has a range of interesting shops, inns and restaurants, and an historical Town Walk. Surrounded by the wonderful Berwyn Mountains on one side and the beautiful Eryri (Snowdonia) Mountain Range on the other, this is a mecca for climbing, walking, mountain biking and many other outdoor activities. An ideal location for touring all of North and Mid Wales including the stunning Cambrian Bay Coast with the six-mile long Harlech Beach, overlooked by its majestic medieval castle.
