Primrose Cottage is a house consisting of an open-plan layout including a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a dining area, a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove, and a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite wetroom, king-size, and double, along with a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Return year after year to Primrose Cottage. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 450 GBP. Note: The pub car park is not to be used, there is a separate entrance and driveway to property. Note: Although there is WiFi, the mobile phone coverage is poor.

Roadwater is a small Somerset village on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The village, which offers a shop and a pub, is an ideal base for enjoying this beautiful area. Visit Dunster and explore the dramatic castle, or head to the sandy beach at Minehead for a traditional day by the sea. Head inland to the Quantocks and to enjoy miles of wonderful walking.
