The Space:
The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and slimline dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with a TV and electric stove-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private rear garden with picnic bench, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and a river, please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Dogwood Timber Lodge is a lovely escape for your next adventure in Cumbria. Note: There is a step up into the shower. Note: The property is next to a river, please ensure child and pets are supervised. Note: Cot and highchair can be available upon request. Fishing is available onsite. Wild water swimming is available onsite. Please note: Maximum occupancy for this property is 4 (+1 toddler under the age of 2). Derwentwater, a beautiful lake at the head of the breathtaking Borrowdale Valley, is only a short stroll from the town centre. Everything from a leisurely stroll through the countryside to a strenuous walk up Skiddaw or the renowned Catbells is available.
