The Space:
The living space for this single-storey property is open-plan, with a kitchen with; electric oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dining space and sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a non-enclosed front courtyard with furniture and a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture, plus off-road parking for one car. Within 0.7 miles you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, a pub and within 3.6 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included. Note: Guests have use of country club facilities including a spa, hairdressers, gym, coffee shop, bar, swimming pool, tennis court, squash court and more. Please Note - Weekly Bookings during peak times can only be Friday - Friday. Please Note - No Saturday or Sunday Check ins. Please Note - Short breaks are a 3 night minimum.

Titchfield Common is one of several Southern Hampshire residential areas, close to both Southampton Water and Portsmouth Harbour. Titchfield village is well known for its charming, historic centre, the imposing ruins of the Abbey dating back to 1222, and Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve - 369 acres of wetland habitat, a haven for birdwatchers. Nearby Hill Head and Meon Shore offer promenades by the local beaches and views across the Solent to the Isle Of Wight. A short drive takes you to Portsmouth's historic dockyard, home to the magnificent HMS Victory, Mary Rose and many other attractions. Close by is Gunwharf Quays retail outlet and the spectacular Spinnaker Tower.
