It's highly desirable location is just a stone's throw from the Abersoch Harbour, Coconut Cove and Crust Pizza restaurants and just a few minutes' walk along the harbour wall to Abersoch village centre and its popular beaches, restaurants and shops.
This well-presented 3 storey semi-detached house offers a great sociable ground floor lounge with quality furniture, stylish dining area and rear kitchen. A lower ground floor shower room provides an excellent facility for those coming in from a day at the beach or on the water.
To the first floor lies 3 double bedrooms and a modern family bathroom and narrow steps lead to the second floor where 2 single bedrooms set in the eaves complete the house; all with high quality mattress and beds.
