This brand new residence built in 2025 offers a modern setting with easy access to the Alpe d Huez Grand Domaine via an escalator located only 200 meters away that connects you directly to the ski lifts. During your stay you enjoy free unlimited access to the on-site wellness area which includes a heated indoor pool sauna hammam and jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation after a day in the mountains.

The interior is expertly designed to accommodate 8 guests and features a living room with a smart flat screen TV and a double sofa bed. The layout includes a master bedroom with a double bed and its own private shower room a second bedroom with two single beds and a dedicated sleeping alcove equipped with bunk beds. The kitchenette is fully equipped to prepare your meals with induction hobs an oven a dishwasher a microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker while a private balcony or terrace allows you to enjoy the fresh Alpine air.

Everything is designed to make your stay simple and stress-free with bed linens and towels included in your booking. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure is by 10:00 with the option to book beds made on arrival for 10 euro per bed or to borrow raclette and fondue sets from the reception. The residence also provides secure on-site ski lockers and bicycle storage while free covered public parking is available nearby subject to availability.
