About this house rental
Newly renovated in 2022, the room is within a house, host lives in the same house, within walking distance to downtown Covina, Emanate Health, half hour driving to downtown LA. LAX is about an hour (varies by traffic) ONT airport is about half hour. Train station is one mile away.

House rules -
1. No Shoes inside the house.
2. Only One car per booking, No over sized vehicle.
3. No Cooking and candle burning.
4. Respect the household climate setting, if you want really cold and or really hot this place is not for you.
5. Non-smoker, Non-alcoholic only.
6. The guest must matches the person books the place. (Must have a selfie)
7. No Drinking alcohol inside the house, and do not come back drunk.
8. No gum chewing.
9. No Visitor allowed.
10. $6 fee per load of laundry
