Flat 4, Big Tree Holiday Flats, a first-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster, a dining room, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a communal non-enclosed garden, well-kept with three benches/picnic tables, and off-road parking for one car. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linens included in the rent. Flat 4, Big Tree Holiday Flats is a wonderful escape to Devon, whatever time of year. Note: Towel hire 4GBP per set hand towel and bath towel (or beach towel) cash only. Note: Fans available on request.
