Can accommodate 10 guests total with 8 adults maximum. Under 13 years old for remaining guests.
Spacious 2,300 Square Feet 3 BR / 3 BA + Loft. Perfect for families with a large open floor plan. Floor to ceiling windows with views. Includes a gourmet kitchen, open dinning/living room with a beautiful gas fire stove.
The space
Master Suite 1: California King Bed with private bathroom with shower. Located on the third floor next to the loft.
Master Suite 2: Two Queen Beds with private bathroom. Located on the main floor.
Bedroom 1: Twin Bunk Beds and Twin Bed with Trundle. Located on the main floor close to Master Suite 2.
Open Loft: Located on the third floor next to Master Suite. Flat Screen TV and air hockey table.
Living Room: Comfortable sectional sofa with Flat Screen TV. Includes. Comfortable sitting area with 4 lounge chairs in front of the gas fire stove to enjoy a game of chess or tic tac toe.
Kitchen: Beautiful Chef’s Kitchen with Viking Gas Stove, Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Countertops, Kitchen Island with 5 bar stools, Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine, Toaster, Toaster Over, SLow Cooker, Rice Cooker,Blender and Hand Blender, Microwave, Dishwasher and all the various kitchen essentials.
Dinning Area: Large table can accommodate up to 8 people.

The house comes with 6 guest passes that allow you to use the Tahoe Donner amenities for a small fee. You can enjoy the fitness center, 3 pools (one open all year), the golf course, tennis courts and equestrian center, bocce ball, 2 play structures, horseback riding, sled hill, cross country and downhill skiing, and the beach marina on Donner Lake.
Short-Term Rental Guest Passes

Age 3-6 $10/day
Age 7+ $24/day
$100 fine for lost guest passes
Other things to note
The driveway is steep with a switch back. During the winter, 4-wheel drive cars are required.
