This cosy and characterful cottage stands in an enviable waterfront location just 1.5 miles from Dingle, a bustling seaside town rich in cultural, historic and natural attractions. The single-storey cottage features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a conservatory and access to a private slipway, dock and mooring. It is therefore perfect for families or groups eager to explore the Dingle Peninsula by various means.


The property sits in an elevated position just off the coastal road that runs into Dingle. It enjoys a vast footprint and an eye-catching interior, with traditional and quirky soft furnishings dominating large rooms that bathe in plenty of sunlight. Head through the entrance hallway and into a cosy snug room complete with comfortable seating arranged around an open fire. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is an equally welcoming space that features floor-to-ceiling patio doors and comfortable sofas arranged around another open fire. There is plenty of room around the dining table for everyone, and foodies will have all the space they need to create hearty meals. Guests can dine in the colourful conservatory if they so wish, with the waterfront views adding extra flavour to mealtimes.
