There are also plenty of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, and horseback riding in the area.

I would describe the stay and home as “fair.” Furniture and carpet worn. Kitchen less well stocked than other homes we have stayed in. Be aware that “yard”, while fenced, is more of a ravine. No grass, etc. We did take advantage of the movie theater, which is walking distance from the home. Prompt response from management was appreciated when front door lock was broken. Overall I think we would not stay in Sisters again. Driving the extra hour to Sunriver is worth it for the amenities and activities available for families. However, if you need a dog friendly home in Sisters, this one is worth checking out.
