About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 230 m² stone farmhouse in Bourgon to rent, which can accommodate up to 15 guests.
It comprises a pretty 70 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, seven beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower or bath). There is also a games room, a cinema room and an enclosed garden of around 1,700 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 70 m² living room including a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, filter and pod coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, TV, stove, large sofa and dining area.
- Games room with pool table, darts and piano.
- A cinema room.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
Upstairs (first part):
- A children's play area.
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (80x200) that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190).
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
Upstairs (second part):
- A reading area with hanging net.
- Bedroom 5: double bed (140x190).
- Bedroom 6: double bed (140x190).
- Bedroom 7: double bed (140x190).
- Bathroom with bath and WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

- A lovely enclosed garden of 1,700 m² and a 25 m² wooden terrace in natural stone, private and south-west facing, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- Enclosed plot of land to the rear of the farmhouse, occupied by sheep, rabbits, a biquette and guinea pigs.
The farmhouse is ideally located in Bourgon, in a small, peaceful hamlet. A supermarket, bakery and petrol station are just 3 km away.
Activities nearby:
- Nearby: the Haute-Vilaine dam (leisure centre, ornithological observatory, hiking).
- Also worth a visit: the medieval town of Vitré and its castle, the fortified town of Fougères and its castle, Laval, a town of art and history.
- There's also the Robert Tatin Museum and the Arche Desnoé (animal sanctuary).
- In season, enjoy the Illuminations of Laval.
- In Vitré: cinema, bowling, laser games, restaurants, etc.
- There are many hiking trails in the surrounding area.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking spaces available behind the house.
