Lynton is also the smallest town in the UK to have a full-time cinema, seating 68 people at a time. Access to the South West Coast Path is within a short walking distance. Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde all offer large clean, sandy beaches, perfect for family summer days and can be reached by car in under 45 minutes.
For families there is a wide range of National Trust walks and attractions, plenty of riding stables, Exmoor Zoo, Watermouth Theme Park, Lynton & Barnstaple steam railway and Combe Martin wildlife park within a short drive.
