Old country house "Mainero", built in 1800, renovated in 2010, surrounded by trees. In the centre of Soglio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: property, large garden with wildlife garden and trees. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 160 m, restaurant, bar 140 m, bus stop 50 m. Nearby attractions: Asti 20 km, Alba 50 km, Torino 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
