Entering this inviting hideaway, the charming studio-style living room offers a warm welcome. With a tiled floor, louvred shutters and light decor, this is an ideal space to unwind in. There’s comfortable seating and a small dining table by the bay window, with a Smart TV on the opposite wall. Along one side, the kitchen area has ample equipment and storage space, and finally there’s a relaxing double bed occupying the centre of the room. Just off the main room is a refreshing en-suite shower room. Although the apartment has no outside space of its own, a short stroll will take you to the local putting green, the beach and a choice of shops and pubs. There is some restricted roadside parking, and several public car parks.
As well as a tranquil beach with rock pools and colourful beach huts, Sheringham is home to a golf club and the North Norfolk Railway, a popular steam train heritage service, with the station just 50 metres from the apartment. Nearby Cromer (4 miles) has a sandy beach and Victorian pier, with other coastal attractions including the Muckleburgh Military Collection and Amazona Zoo (both within 4 miles). Holt Country Park, Felbrigg Hall and Baconsthorpe Castle are all inland (all within 7 miles).
