This beautifully presented property is ideally situated in the centre of St Ives, just around the corner from the harbourfront, and benefits from a lovely Mediterranean style courtyard with comfortable seating. Kitchen & utilities: Gas Hob and Electric Oven, Fridge, Freezer and Microwave, washing machine, plus electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, and washing machine.
Entertainment: Smart TV, plus additional TV/DVD players.
For families: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no cot linen.
Outside: Enclosed Mediterranean style garden courtyard with comfortable seating.
Parking: No parking, public car parking available nearby.
General: Free WiFi provided, central heating, bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. No smoking.
