Walk through the peaceful garden of this welcoming bungalow and step into the entrance hall with laminate flooring where you can kick off muddy walking boots or sandy beach shoes. To your right, you’ll find the inviting lounge, where comfortable sofas are arranged around a Smart TV and a crackling wood burner, set into an impressive Purbeck stone fireplace. Enjoy cosy movie nights in here after days of Dorset adventure, and when stomachs start to rumble, walk through to the social heart of the home, the well-equipped kitchen/diner. Here, find all the space and amenities needed to whip up holiday feasts, before gathering at the dining table or eat alfresco out in the garden. For some post-dinner relaxation, step through to the tranquil sunroom, accessed from the kitchen/diner, and enjoy a glass of something chilled as you look out over the garden. When day turns to night, choose from two sumptuous bedrooms, both of which are accessed from the hallway. Choose from a delightful super-king-size bedroom or a flexible twin bedroom that can be converted into a king-size on request. Completing the property is a separate WC and a well-appointed, sleek family bathroom.
Outside, a lovely garden surrounds the property. To the rear, you’ll find a peaceful, enclosed space with a lawn for pets and children to play on, as well as outdoor furniture for al fresco morning coffees and evening meals together. Private, off-road parking is also available for two cars.

- Enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, lawn and mature borders
- Off-road, private parking for 2 cars
- Note – the property is all on one floor except for a small step up to the front door
- Village shop and pub 0.5 miles, beach 5.5 miles
