Located in a quiet residential zone in the historic village of Langham, this contemporary brick-and-flint holiday home offers ample accommodation for up to six guests and two beloved pups. Boasting open-plan living space, a large sunny conservatory, and a south-facing garden, there’s plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this spacious abode sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the attractions and beaches of North Norfolk within easy reach.
Arranged over two storeys, this light and airy property is finished to a high standard throughout. Snuggle up on the sofas watching the smart TV after days wandering salt marshes and watching wildlife, next to a cosy wood burner on chilly days. Soak up the sun in the light-filled conservatory while children and dogs play safely in the enclosed garden. Prepare delicious meals in the fully fitted kitchen and dine together at the family dining table or outside on the patio in warm weather. A downstairs utility room makes it easy to take care of sandy shoes and muddy paws after an energising walk, while the three bedrooms – one on the ground floor and two upstairs – ensure everyone gets a refreshing night’s sleep. And with three bathrooms plus an additional WC, there’s no need to queue for the bathroom.

Cley-next-the-Sea is around 4 miles along the coast with a lovely beach and large bird reserve, while the beach at Holkham is 9.5 miles in the other direction, offering sand dunes, pine woods and sublime views.
