This lovely home is in the upper part of the charming seaside town of Sheringham and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing seaside holiday and a memorable stay on the North Norfolk coast. Sheringham Park (around 1.5 miles away), maintained by the National Trust, has beautiful gardens, woodland trails suitable for all ages, and spectacular vistas.
This newly built, contemporary property, set over two floors, is an oasis of calm from the moment you step through the door. The calming colours and the decor that reflect the surrounding nature and coastal location offer a soothing haven. The warm and cosy living room is a perfect spot to unwind and socialise, with comfortable seating, indoor plants, a Smart TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Alternatively, take the North Norfolk Railway from Sheringham to Holt (6 miles) and follow the Owl Trail around this traditional Georgian market town. Wildlife lovers should head to Blakeney Point (11 miles) and take a boat trip to see the sea colonies.
