About this house rental
Spread over one floor, the interiors are simple and inviting with creamy walls and plenty of natural light making the open-plan living area wonderfully relaxing. In the spacious lounge, you’ll find a bright sofa and armchair overlooking a large conservatory. Take it easy in the lounge with a film on the TV, or enjoy a family meal at the table with seating for four people. For further relaxation, step through to the sunny conservatory and enjoy the pretty garden views. A well-equipped kitchen is situated off from the living area and has all the appliances you’ll need for a comfortable stay. When it’s time for bed, choose between a lovely super-king bedroom, and an en-suite king-size bedroom. Both bedrooms are effortlessly neat and uncluttered. There’s also a modern family bathroom.
Outside, the enclosed garden features a pond and the lawn is the ideal spot to bask in the sun or linger over an al fresco lunch at the patio table. There’s also private off-street parking for two cars.

- Please note that the pond is unfenced, please keep children supervised
- Please note the property does not have shower rails and there are a couple of small steps out to the garden
- Private off-road parking for 2 cars plus allocated on-street parking for 2 cars
- Shop, pub, and beach, 1 mile
- Sleeps 4+1 (an additional single day bed in the study can be made up upon request)
