This property is all on one level, with a living space in the centre and the bedrooms off on individual wings. The open-plan communal area is huge, with kitchen, dining and lounge areas all combining for socialising. There's a space with sofas which is full of natural light from the vaulted skylight and bifold glass doors which lead to the garden. In the evening, cosy up with the wood burner. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee machine so everyone can enjoy drinks before sitting down for brunch at the table. You’ll find a separate games room at a right angle to the living space with a convertible pool table, seating area and sliding doors. This property has four bedrooms. The first is a double with an en-suite; the second and third are doubles with a Jack and Jill bathroom and finally you’ll have a flexible bedroom which can either be made up as a twin or a double, as you require. This also has an en-suite. Each room is beautifully decorated and restful. Finally, check out the garden. There’s a patio with a dining table for meals in fine weather, and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a drink and a chat in the fresh air. Fire up the BBQ for tasty treats on summer afternoons. You’ll see the lawn, spacious and enclosed with a fence so your dogs can roam around.
From this base you’ll be able to enjoy the Suffolk coast. Aldeburgh is 1 mile away, with pubs and beaches, or you could explore Thorpeness (2.5 miles) with seaside attractions and a country club.
