Authentic camping with comfort, in the heart of nature in the Brenne
You stay in a cosy camping bungalow of 24 m² at Camping Parc de la Brenne – Domaine de Puylagorge, a spacious and green estate in Lignac, located on the grounds of a former medieval monastery. Here you enjoy peace, nature, space and a relaxed holiday atmosphere, with all the camping facilities within reach.
The camping bungalow consists of one atmospheric open space and is suitable for 1 to 5 persons. You experience the real camping feeling, but with more comfort than in an ordinary tent. Inside you will find comfortable beds, a seating area and a practical kitchen with, among other things, a gas cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils. At the front is a 3 × 3 metre canopy with a terrace and garden furniture — ideal for breakfast, dining or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
The bungalow has no running water inside. Jerrycans are available, a washbasin in the bungalow and water points within short distance. The sanitary facilities are located in the neat and well-maintained sanitary buildings of the campsite. These are spacious, beautifully furnished and carefully cleaned.
The campsite is very wheelchair accessible and has adapted bathrooms and sanitary facilities. The heated swimming pool with a hoist also makes it possible for as many guests as possible to comfortably enjoy their holiday.
On the grounds you will find several play areas, sports fields, a heated swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant with home-made dishes, covered terraces and plenty of space to play, walk and relax.
The surrounding area is also worth a visit. Visit, for example, the medieval village of Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, one of the most beautiful villages in France, or discover the nature, lakes, walking and cycling routes, villages and castles of the Brenne.
