About this cottage rental
A private farm lane leads to the stone-clad barn and a bright, spacious and welcoming hallway with plenty of space to remove and store boots and beach paraphernalia. Charmingly furnished, the interior features fine original beams and areas of exposed stone, with a vaulted ceiling in the first-floor living space. This light-filled, open-plan layout features two sets of double doors opening onto a balcony with lovely, rural views, alongside comfortable seating in front of a cosy wood burner. At the opposite end is a sleek and stylish kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining table. The ground floor houses three inviting bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite, a double and a zip-and-link twin room (which can be made into a king-size on request at time of booking). Completing the ground floor is a lavish family bathroom with a freestanding, clawfoot bath and walk-in waterfall shower, and a utility room.
Outside, you have the choice of two delightful spots from which to enjoy the vista towards the coast: the lawned garden and patio, and the first-floor suntrap balcony. Both have comfortable outdoor furniture. There is private parking for three cars.

- 3 bedrooms – 1 king-size, 1 double, 1 twin ( zip-and-link beds which can be made into a king-size on request at time of booking. To be requested a minimum of 2wks prior to arrival date)
- 2 bathrooms – 1 bathroom with free-standing bath, separate shower and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with WC
- Double electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher
- Utility room with washing machine, extra kettle
- Travel cot and highchair available
- Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied)
- Smart TV
- Garden with lawn and patio, first-floor decked balcony, both with outdoor furniture
- Private off-road parking for 3 cars
- Please bring your own doggie blankets
- Shop 0.5 miles, pub and beach 2.5 miles
