Saunter alongside fragrant flowers and tropical blooms in the tranquil Bosahan Gardens (1 mile), before unwinding in the tiered garden and sipping a drink overlooking Helford River.
This characterful property boasts a tastefully styled interior with crisp neutral and seafoam green tones, low beams, and elegant soft furnishings. Pad along the cobblestone path and step through the glazed door. Be lulled into the cosy lounge by the flickering glow of the burner then sink down amongst the plump throw cushions. Stepping into the dining room, set the pine table with glistening glassware and coordinated crockery then settle in for a memorable evening of indulgent dishes and fabulous company. Keen cooks will be in their element pottering in the pastel shaker kitchen complete with a sleek stove. Rinse off with a refreshing shower before retiring upstairs to bed. Nestled in the eaves of the property, find a spacious double and a twin each with serene riverside views. There is also a playful single perfect for little ones accessed via the open treat staircase in the kitchen. Tuck into an al fresco morning spread perched on the front garden or unwind on the outdoor furniture in the flower-peppered patio.
Glide along the glistening estuary and scope out secluded pebbled bays on a guided kayaking tour from Helford (1.5 miles). Sample freshly caught seafood and local craft beers on the riverside terrace (1 mile) then enjoy a good stretch of the legs with a saunter along the South West Coast path to the hamlet of St Anthony (2.5 miles).
