Make your way into the immaculate Edwardian house to discover it now has a fresh, modern interior design. Choose between its two lounges to play game together, read your books or watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. Take turns at whipping up hearty holiday feasts in the lounge/kitchen/diner, using the fresh produce you have bought in Padstow. Gather round the table for lively meals together or relax in here on the soft seating or in front of another Smart TV. There is also a utility room, with WC, at ground-floor level. Four of the bedrooms, two king-sizes with beautiful estuary views, one bedroom also has its own balcony, one double and one twin, are on the first floor, together with a family bathroom and a family shower room. A king-size bedroom, with an en-suite shower room and TV, is on the top floor, this room also features stunning views. Spend sunny days out in the garden, keeping an eye on children as there are steep steps and different levels. Light the BBQ out here in the evening and take in the views out towards the water. There is parking for four cars with this property.
Plan day trips out to the beaches at Harlyn Bay, 4 miles away, and Treyarnon Bay, 5 miles from your base. Hire bikes in Padstow and cycle 5.5 miles along the traffic-free Camel Trail to Wadebridge.

- 2 Smart TVs in sitting rooms, 1 Smart TV in dining area with sound bar, Xbox. DVD player, TV in master bedroom, TV in double and a TV in a king bedroom.

- Fenced-in garden with outdoor seating, garden has several unfenced tiers and steps so small children should be supervised, small front lawn
