WorldMark Long Beach offers a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere just minutes from the beach, dunes, and the charming town center. The location is ideal for exploring the peninsula’s natural beauty, visiting local shops and restaurants, and enjoying classic beach-town activities like kite flying, clam digging, and sunset strolls along the sand. Whether you’re here for summer beach days or a cozy off-season retreat, this two-bedroom villa provides space, comfort, and a prime coastal location.
Items to note:
- The Resort will be undergoing an interior and exterior renovation from Jun. 15, 2026, to Nov. 1, 2026. This project will result in portions of the parking lot being unavailable for staging, as well as half the unit inventory and half the common areas. One elevator will be dedicated to the project. During this time, noise, dust, odors, and work crews may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.

- Front desk hours are 8 a.m. - 10p.m.
- Due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check-in.
- Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information.

- KOALA is not responsible for unit condition or resort services. For resort, unit or guest related issues after check-in, please contact the resort management.
- Check cancellation policy before booking. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including COVID-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes. For these reasons we always recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances like these. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.
