As you enter the property, you will find yourself in a spacious open-plan lounge/dining room. The lounge area features a cosy setup with two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for your entertainment. On colder evenings, you can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the wood burner. The dining area offers a beautiful countryside view and is furnished with a table and seating, perfect for enjoying meals with your family or friends. Adjacent to the lounge and dining area, there is an additional space that serves as a dedicated work area. A separate, fully equipped kitchen awaits, along with all the facilities needed for quick breakfasts or delicious dinners. Adjacent to the kitchen is a ground floor WC for your convenience. When it's time for bed, there is a ground-floor twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room, offering privacy and convenience.
