As you enter the property, you will find yourself in a spacious open-plan lounge/dining room. The lounge area features a cosy setup with two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for your entertainment. On colder evenings, you can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the wood burner. The dining area offers a beautiful countryside view and is furnished with a table and seating, perfect for enjoying meals with your family or friends. Adjacent to the lounge and dining area, there is an additional space that serves as a dedicated work area. A separate, fully equipped kitchen awaits, along with all the facilities needed for quick breakfasts or delicious dinners. Adjacent to the kitchen is a ground floor WC for your convenience. When it's time for bed, there is a ground-floor twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room, offering privacy and convenience. Upstairs, there are two triple rooms, one en-suite, and a beautiful bathroom that has a skylight, welcoming natural light into the space.
Outside, you'll discover a delightful patio area adorned with comfortable seating, creating an ideal spot for relaxation, and soaking up the sun.
Bobby's Barn is part of a complex of barns including Pantiles, Dove Barn and Marsh Farmhouse.

- 3 bathrooms - 1 bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower and WC, 2 en-suite shower room and WC, and 1 separate ground floor WC
- Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine
- Travel cot and highchair available on request
- Smart TV in the lounge
- Wood burner (logs provided during winter months)

- This is part of a barn complex and shares the driveway with other properties
- Please note, there is an unfenced pond in the shared area of the garden, children should be supervised at all times
