About this cottage rental
Get the whole gang together at this gorgeous cottage sitting right on the beach of Swanage. Steps lead down from the decked patio down to the promenade and sandy beach, and you can soak in the stunning sea and sand views while relaxing inside this beautiful holiday home. Sleeping ten people across four bedrooms, this is a perfect accommodation choice for large families or groups who want to get together for a special event in Dorset. Spend a lovely day strolling along Swanage Pier or visiting the town’s shops and pubs (1 mile), or head off to explore the magnificent Corfe Castle (6 miles) to climb its keep to enjoy breathtaking views of the Purbeck Hills. The South West Coast Path runs past, so you can enjoy walking adventures for miles in either direction.
Climb steps to the front door and step inside to discover the bright sunroom with views over the street. Head down the beautifully tiled hallway and you’ll find a stylish lounge filled with elegant decor and an open fire. Relax on the sofa surrounded by chic styling before heading to the kitchen and breakfast room to whip up dinners. Gather for a sociable meal at the long table in the dining area, before you head to the stylish games area to enjoy a fun pool tournament. Share a drink at the bar in the games’ area before making your way to the first floor, where you’ll find a king-size bedroom, and a family room with a king bed, single bed, and pull-out single. Both bedrooms offer lovely beach views. A sleek family bathroom with free-standing tub and walk-in shower completes the first floor. Upon the second floor, you’ll find two more king bedrooms – both with sea views – and a chic bathroom with a shower over the bath. In the morning, enjoy morning coffee in the sun room, before following the path and steps under the cottage’s deck to a door that leads you directly onto the beach for your morning walk.
Outside, you’ll discover a delightful patio and lawn area that has outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ for those fun al fresco evenings. Steps lead down to a large glass-fronted deck that feels like your own private viewing platform over the coastline.
