Sit back, relax and enjoy the views. You can’t get any closer to the water than this beautiful, three-storey house, located on a private marina in Wroxham. It’s an ideal destination for families or friends looking to explore the Broads by boat or get out and about in East Norfolk.
This spacious, contemporary property has been thoughtfully decorated throughout, with beautiful furniture, light fittings and rugs. The ground floor consists of a large, open-plan living space, with a comfortable lounge area, the perfect spot in which to sit back and enjoy the feeling of being away on holiday. Around the corner, the well-designed kitchen has a breakfast bar for two people to perch and chat with or assist the cook. Between these two spaces, there’s a bright dining area. All three bedrooms are on the first floor: the fabulous super-king-size room boasts a TV and a free-standing bath, plus an en-suite WC, while the double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with no WC. There’s also a twin bedroom (super-king-size on request) and a separate shower room. On the second floor, you’ll find a sweet snug room with a kitchenette and patio doors to a glorious roof terrace, furnished for al fresco drinks and meals. Another outdoor space is available in the form of a decked balcony that overlooks the marina and river.
Wroxham, at the heart of Broadland, is an excellent location for fishing, sailing and bird watching, and a major boat-hire centre. It’s home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns family attraction and Roys, ‘the biggest village store in the world’. The golf course at Sprowston Manor Hotel is just 4.5 miles away, while the sandy beach of Sea Palling is 12 miles and the vibrant city of Norwich is 7 miles.
