This truly fabulous property sits in an elevated position on the outskirts of Swanage, benefiting from far-reaching views of the sea. Located in a quiet residential area, this detached property benefits from peace and tranquillity with the hustle and bustle of Swanage town centre just a short distance away. Swanage Bay beach is within 0.5 miles, a fantastic spot for water sports and games on the sands. From here, follow the pretty promenade into the town centre (1 mile) to find a fascinating museum, a Victorian pier and classic seaside additions including an arcade and a crazy golf course. Less than half a mile from the doorstep is the South West Coast Path. Step back 185 millions of years in time and take a walk along the iconic Jurassic coastline and experience this truly majestic and unique World Heritage Site. The South West coastal path allows you to step back in time to when dinosaurs ruled the landscape, take in the fabulous sea air and overall beauty of the Dorset countryside., – ideal for walkers looking to make the most of the spectacular scenery. Travel by bike or set off walking along the route to discover the beauty spot of Old Harry’s Rocks (4 miles) and Ballard Down (2 miles).


This fabulous two-storey property makes an impressive base for your holiday. On entry, you’re greeted by a versatile ground floor space featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a handy utility room and a welcoming playroom space with a sofa. All four bedrooms have individual character and charm. There’s a master king-size bedroom with a large, low window offering great views of the sea. Next up is a charming king size also that has a bay window looking out into the garden. The second double bedroom has its own sink and a wooden cot, while the final bedroom, a twin, offers direct access to the front terrace via French doors. The property is served by a bathroom and shower room on the ground floor, and the spacious utility room/cloakroom features an additional WC. Up on the first floor, you’ll find a wonderfully spacious open-plan living area. Set beneath a vaulted ceiling with plenty of large windows, it’s the last word in holiday relaxation. For family dining is an elegant, extendable dining table with chairs. A beautiful, light-filled kitchen with a breakfast bar sits just off the lounge, which has stylish seating, a TV and a wood burner. From here, patio doors lead out to the decked balcony, with breath taking views out to sea.


Three separate spaces make up this property’s outdoor offering. The sunny terrace with a bistro set and sea views can be found at the front of the property. A superb balcony with furniture with exceptional views, and an enclosed garden at the rear with seating for al fresco dining.
