Built from Norfolk’s traditional red brick, this detached property makes a striking first impression with its sweeping gravel driveway and wisteria climbing the facade. Step inside to a large entrance hall that leads into spacious communal rooms and ground-floor bedrooms. The stylish kitchen is fitted with modern appliances to make cooking for 17 a breeze, with a central island and breakfast stools for casual dining. A more formal dining room sits just along the hall, perfect for celebratory feasts. The expansive lounge is comfortably furnished with deep sofas, a Smart TV, and a cosy wood burner for cooler evenings. Three of the six bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with a super-king-size bed and a single bed, another with a super-king-size zip-and-link which can be made up as twin beds on request, and the other has 4 single beds, 2 of which can be made up as a super-king-size on request. A ground-floor shower room completes this level. Upstairs, you’ll find three further bedrooms; the master suite with a super-king-size zip-and-link which can be made up as twin beds if required, along with a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi-style bath, a twin room, and another with 4 single beds, 2 of which can be made up as a super-king-size on request. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom.
Step outside to discover even more to enjoy. The large, enclosed garden offers a mix of lawn and patio space, with a covered seating area, outdoor games, a charcoal BBQ and a pizza oven for fun-filled summer evenings. The highlight, however, is the spa room, complete with a 16-person swim spa hot tub and an infrared sauna, all with towels and robes provided for the full spa experience. Formerly a restaurant, the property also benefits from generous parking, with space for up to ten cars.
