This beautifully presented first-floor apartment with superb views across the Dyfi Estuary is perfect for a couple, a family or friends looking for a relaxing holiday in a coastal retreat. This contemporary property is one of six converted from a former stable block, situated in landscaped grounds, and surrounded by woodland and just three miles from Aberdyfi. This is the ideal location to make the most of the natural beauty and coastal scenery of the southern end of Snowdonia National Park.
This bright and welcoming apartment has a superior feel and is full of character with some sloping ceilings and recessed gable windows. It is accessed via a metal external staircase but is all on one level. The property has a coastal theme, and stunning estuary views from the living room picture window. The open-plan living room has three-seater and two-seater sofas from which to admire the views or watch the TV. The area is flooded with natural light from the patio doors leading to the decked area. The contemporary kitchen has everything the cook will need to prepare delicious meals. There are two bright and spacious bedrooms: a super-king-size with a TV and a king-size with an en-suite shower room. Adjacent to the super-king-size, there is a second shower room. Outside is a large, enclosed decking patio with garden furniture, BBQ and wonderful views over the Dyfi Estuary and the hills beyond.
Aberdyfi is a lovely seaside town that offers water sports, including paddleboarding or water skiing, and a golf course in the sand dunes if you fancy playing a round. Tywyn Beach (8 miles) is a great bucket and spade or surfing option, and you may even spot some dolphins from the promenade. Walkers will love the area with access to the Wales Coastal Path or the hike to Dolgoch Falls, 12 miles away. If you are fond of birds of prey, then you must-visit the nearby Dyfi Osprey Project (11 miles).
