Our uniquely styled lake house sleeps up to 16 and offers direct lake access at our private dock with boat slip and swim ladder. Relax on spacious outdoor decks overlooking a peaceful cove, perfect for soaking in lake views. Located between mile markers 18–19, you’ll enjoy a quiet setting with easy access to nightlife, dining, boating, and entertainment. Thoughtful amenities make it ideal for group stays.

The space

Our spacious 1,800 sq ft two-level lake house offers plenty of room for groups to relax, gather, and enjoy lake life.
Upstairs, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room with a fireplace — perfect for cozy evenings or group hangouts. This level also features a bedroom with queen bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a private king bedroom with an en-suite full bath.
Downstairs includes a second living space with a partial kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room, and a bunk room with both queen and full bunk beds. Guests can also access a storage room from the deck stocked with water floats for lake fun.
Outside, enjoy access to the boat dock with a single boat slip and swim ladder, along with ample parking for 6–8 vehicles, depending on size.

The whole home is yours to enjoy during your stay along with the spacious decks. You may also use the boat dock, boat slip and swim ladder to enjoy all that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.
