About this house rental
This luxurious 5-bedroom villa accommodates up to 10 guests, offering two independent apartments, each with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living-dining areas, and modern amenities. The villa features three bedrooms with king-size beds and two with twin beds, complemented by four stylish bathrooms. Guests can enjoy panoramic sea and mountain views from spacious balconies and terraces.
Outdoors, relax in the private swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by a fully fenced yard for privacy. A garden, BBQ, and dining area create the perfect setting for al fresco gatherings, while the lawn offers a safe space for children to play. Each apartment includes a bright living room with flat-screen satellite TV, patio doors, and a modern kitchen with all essentials, including a dishwasher and a welcome box of local products.
Just a short drive from the beach, shops, and restaurants, this villa offers both tranquility and convenience. With hypoallergenic Coco-mat mattresses, A/C in every room, and premium furnishings, Villa Majestic ensures an unforgettable stay for families or groups.
The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
There is also free parking for all of our guests.

We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
Once your booking is confirmed, one of our Aegean Team members will be in contact with you to answer any questions you might have. They will be your personal vacation advisor and they will offer you their best recommendations for food, nightlife, beaches, activities, attractions etc. During your whole stay, you will be in immediate contact with your vacation advisor.
