✹ CLEANING & SANITIZATION: The health, safety, and well-being of our guests is our top priority. For this reason, we employ a thorough cleaning process between each booking.
✹ NO SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
✹ NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly request you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We don't allow:
o Disruptive gatherings
o Open-invite gatherings
o Disturbances to the surrounding community such as:
o Excessive visitors
o Excessive trash/littering
o Parking nuisances
o Trespassing
o Vandalism
✹ NO WEAPONS OR DRUGS ALLOWED; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
✹ NOISE POLICY: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The unit is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
✹ NO PETS: While we love animals, we don’t allow pets in order to keep the space clean and well-maintained for all our guests.
✹ ✹ ✹ To make sure everything goes smoothly and we comply with legal and HOA rules, we kindly ask that you provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and complete our quick verification process. In some cases, a background check may be needed as well. Please note, if the required documents are not submitted and the registration process is not completed, it may result in denied entry, revocation of access codes, cancellation of your stay, and unfortunately, no refund.
