Regarding Willingen's party scene, we would like to point out that we value respectful guests and do not permit or tolerate excessive socializing – such as parties, loud music, and other boisterous celebrations – on the terrace, balcony, or inside the house! If you enjoy yourself in the local bars, but behave appropriately and respectfully within the house, you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you would be a good fit for our establishment. Please also be sure to refer to section 12 of our terms and conditions!

No rentals to pure party clubs, stag/hen parties, "social" sports clubs, or groups of young people under 30!

All base prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made up), towels, and final cleaning. Our daily rates listed above are calculated for a 4-night stay!

Please note the following:
1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt our busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.

For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective bargaining agreements. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night listed for the respective season, multiplied by 7, even if the price calculator shows a discount.


Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:

Ski Jumping: Arrival only possible on Thursdays/Fridays (no arrivals on Saturdays)
Carnival: Arrival only possible on Thursdays/Fridays (not Saturdays, Sundays, or Rose Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a 9-night booking)
Easter: No arrivals on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departures on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival on Thursdays/Fridays (arrival on Pentecost Saturday is only possible with a minimum 8-night booking)
Pentecost: No arrivals/departures on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departures on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you may withdraw from the contract after receiving the booking confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person per night (for guests aged 15 and over, as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit & Payment Terms:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.

The security deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival, along with the remaining balance, and will be refunded within seven to ten business days after departure.

Payment Terms:
- 20% deposit due within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is due immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payments on site are not accepted!
