This cozy detached house offers two fully independent apartments: one on the ground floor, one upstairs. Each apartment sleeps up to 6 people and can be booked individually or together. If you book the entire house, you’ll have exclusive use—ideal for groups up to 12.
Each apartment features:
- 2 bedrooms, each with 3 single beds
- 1 bathroom with shower and urinal
- Separate WC
- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kettle, and more
- Dining area with large table and 6 seats
- Free Wi-Fi
Outdoor area:
- Well-kept, partly fenced garden
- Private BBQ area with screened seating, not visible from outside
- Additional garden furniture and loungers
- Parking directly in front of the house plus extra spaces on Leonhardstraße (by the garages)
- Pets welcome: up to two medium-sized dogs allowed for an extra charge
