We offer a charming three-room apartment in a complex of apartments in the countryside, just outside the town center. Lola is the ideal solution for those who want to stay close to the nightlife and the sea, but without giving up a dinner under the stars on the veranda of the private garden.

We will contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and cutlery at check-out, separate waste for recycling and dispose of it.
Key collection information:
Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. For the selected property, keys are normally collected from our offices in Mola or Portoferraio.

Entrance into the bright living room with kitchenette, which leads to a veranda with sea view and a solarium, accessible via a spiral staircase.
The sleeping area consists of a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

- groups of young people under the age of 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning surcharge of €30 to be paid on site
- deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels: €40.00 for a double set and €20.00 for a single set (to be requested at the time of booking); cannot be booked on site.
