This apartment has a beautifully furnished Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed.
The property features an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area benefits from of a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 and includes a FLAT SCREEN SMART TV - DVD - FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
The modern kitchen area is equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a WASHER/DRYER in the hall cupboard for your convenience.
The apartment has a separate modern bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle and a toilet.
In the grounds is a communal garden with a table and chairs that guests can use.
The apartment comes with an allocated parking space for one car.

Just a short walk from the apartment, are steps that lead directly down into the beautifully landscaped Bournemouth Gardens, providing a peaceful and picturesque route towards the town centre. One of the standout features of the area is the delightful Coy Pond Gardens, a hidden gem offering tranquil ponds, exotic trees and gentle riverside walks in an attractive urban setting. From here, a pleasant and scenic walk through Bournemouth Gardens leads directly to Bournemouth town centre and its sandy beaches. Bournemouth town centre has something to offer everyone, including award-winning beaches and gardens, theatres, cinemas, a wide range of restaurants and bars and entertainment options to suit all ages. Just a short drive away is Poole, home to one of the largest natural harbours, along with its historic quay, vibrant marina and a wide range of shops, restaurants and waterside attractions. Located at the entrance to Poole Harbour, Sandbanks is a prestigious coastal peninsula renowned for its award-winning sandy beaches and stunning sea views. SANDBANKS / CANFORD CLIFFS - Sandbanks is for those of us who want that luxury apartment located within an area that has nothing but the best restaurants and exclusive sandy beaches.
ALUM CHINE / WESTBOURNE - A perfect holiday destination, with sandy beaches and stunning cliff top views across to the Isle of Wight and Old Harry Rocks. The area has a selection of exclusive shops and boutiques with everything you need for a great holiday.

SOUTHBOURNE / TUCKTON / WICK / HENGISTBURY HEAD - An ideal destination for families with its own shopping area and beautiful walks over nearby Hengistbury Head. Located just a short drive or bus ride away from the centre of both Bournemouth and Christchurch.
CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping. Mudeford and Highcliffe offer beautiful sandy stretches of beach in quiet surroundings, with a short ferry ride from Mudeford to Hengistbury Head.
BARTON-ON-SEA / MILFORD-ON-SEA - These are great touring bases, located just along the coast from Christchurch. With easy access to the New Forest and sandy beaches at Highcliffe, both areas also have their own scenic seafronts and atmospheric village centres.
