"Sassafras Villa" a stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat perfectly located close to everything Hobart has to offer. Just a 10-minute walk to Eastlands Shopping Centre and only 10 minutes by car to Hobart Airport, the CBD, and Salamanca. Beautifully styled throughout with fully ducted heating and cooling, offering comfort year-round for couples, families, business travellers, or longer stays.
The Space:
The main bedroom has a comfortable King bed and its own ensuite . The 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable King bed. We can also provide a single fold out bed for that extra guest. All our linen is provided by our linen service and is professionally laundered, crisp and fresh! The unit is double glazed throughout to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight with everything you require to cook up a storm with quality appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. However, why would you cook when there are so many wonderful restaurants close by. The home is contemporary and stylish and promotes a feeling of peace, inviting you to simply relax into the super comfortable space.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting for your morning coffee or for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. A port a cot and highchair are also included, (please let host know if required at time of booking). The single car garage with remote control and internal access will keep your car safe and sound and there’s a second parking spot right next to the front door. This really is the perfect place for a family holiday or if travelling with a group of friends.
The Neighborhood:
Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastland's, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastland's you will also find the usual fast food outlets such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway and Nando's and there’s also a Village Cinema. Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right around the corner if you need it. Hobart’s CBD is a 10 minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15 minute drive away..
Getting Around:
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop just around the corner and a regular service that travels to the CBD. Also a ferry runs from Bellerive Quay, 10 minute walk from house which goes to Salamanca (City)
