Furnished interiors include built-ins, a fireplace, and a full appliance suite with dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, washer, dryer, barbeque, and bar ice maker. Central heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort.
Outdoor living is centered around a private heated pool, gated entry, and parking for up to five vehicles, including a two-car garage. Positioned on an 8,267 square foot lot within the guard-gated Malibu Colony, the property also captures ocean, mountain, and golf course views.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all interior living spaces, private outdoor areas, and the in-ground heated pool. Gated entry ensures privacy, with a private garage and additional on-site parking available.
The Neighborhood:
Located within the guard-gated Malibu Colony, one of Malibu’s most established coastal communities. This exclusive enclave offers controlled access, a secure setting, and proximity to the ocean, with the added benefit of a private beachfront parcel reserved for select residences.
Getting Around:
A private vehicle is recommended for ease of access. The home includes a two-car garage and additional gated parking, allowing for up to five vehicles on-site.
As a Stay Awhile guest, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your rental car at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas, all of our cars are well-optioned vehicles, ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Other Things to Note:
Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking.
To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully:
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
2) No pets unless proof of service animal is provided, as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
4) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
5) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
6) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
7) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them.
Pool heating: $100 per day of your reservation; hot tub is free.
8) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.
Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
9) **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available.
10) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.
Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
