While the neighborhood continues to develop, many families and working professionals live on this block, and it’s usually quiet and friendly. Guests who appreciate being close to the action love staying here.

The WiFi here is 1 Gbps fiber - the same tier used in professional offices. Whether you are running video calls all day, uploading large project files, doing telehealth, or streaming at the end of a long shift, the connection will not be your problem. Multiple devices run simultaneously without speed loss, which matters if you are traveling with a team or a family. The dedicated workspace has a desk and chair in a quiet area of the home. The dining table also works well as a secondary workspace for guests who prefer more surface area. WiFi signal reaches the backyard.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs, keeping the sleeping area separate from the main living space.
Primary Bedroom: King bed with blackout curtains, a TV, and a private closet. Quiet upstairs position away from street noise. Purpose-built for rest after demanding shifts or long days on site.
Second Bedroom: Queen-over-queen bunk beds with a TV. Practical for two crew members sharing, colleagues traveling together, or families with kids. Note that this room does not have blackout curtains - guests sensitive to early morning light should plan accordingly or bring their own.
One full bathroom upstairs with a shower and tub combo, plus a half bath on the main floor for convenience. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, hand soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. No hunting for essentials mid-stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking: full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Cookware, bakeware, and small appliances are included so you are not eating out every night. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an open layout make meal prep straightforward for one person or a full group.
The dining area seats four. The living room has a plush sectional, an exposed brick fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming. A comfortable room to land in after a long day on site or a double shift.
The backyard is fully fenced, private, and includes a hot tub, BBQ grill, patio seating, and string lights. For long-stay guests, the hot tub is a genuine asset after demanding workdays and long shifts. The yard is secure for dogs.
Parking: Two dedicated off-street spaces are available via alley access behind the property. Free street parking is available on the surrounding residential streets for additional vehicles. Guests with work trucks or trailers should plan to use street parking, which is free and readily available in this residential neighborhood.

Shared wall: This home is one side of a duplex and shares a wall with the neighboring unit. Sound transfer is possible, particularly during evenings. Guests who are light sleepers or require complete silence should factor this in. We monitor noise actively and are always available if any concerns arise during your stay.

For reservations booked directly or through VRBO (and other channels where payment is processed through our payment processor), cancellation refunds are limited to a maximum of 94% of the total amount originally paid. The remaining 6% represents non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained regardless of the reason for cancellation. This applies to all refunds, whether full or partial.
