There is space to park one vehicle in the garage, one vehicle in the short driveway in front of the garage, and two dedicated parking spaces at the base of the property in front of the trash cans. An EV charger is available in the garage for guest use. Please park only in these designated areas and do not park in front of 150 Torrey Toll Road, as that area is not designated for guest parking. Access to the front of the house is via an access road next to 150 Old Toll Road, and a cement staircase from Old Toll Road leads up the hill to the property.

Cancellations

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.
No Smoking
Smoking in or around the property is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs, any associated lost revenue, and may result in removal from the property.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.
Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. This home allows a maximum of 2 pets. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas, and guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste.
