Located between the renowned beaches of Barabarca and Madonna delle Grazie, this cove enchants with its secluded atmosphere and pristine beauty.
Continuing towards Madonna delle Grazie, spectacular natural pools and the small Maretto beach open up, an enchanting spot characterized by low shorelines, sand and pebbles, and crystal-clear water. A cozy, detached house surrounded by greenery, located within a private property in the woods, comprising three units. The area is completely fenced, although it is not divided between the individual units. The setting is quiet and secluded, perfect for those seeking a holiday immersed in nature, away from the hustle and bustle, and in total relaxation.

The interiors are welcoming and functional: on the ground floor are the kitchen, living room, and a practical sofa bed, while the sleeping area consists of a slightly lower-level bedroom with a bathroom and French doors leading directly to the garden, where there is also a convenient outdoor shower, ideal for returning from the beach.
The accommodation is complete with all the main comforts, including Wi-Fi, smart TV, fans, mosquito nets, hairdryer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, and gas stovetop with external gas cylinder. A De'Longhi coffee pod machine is also available.
The property also includes a convenient parking space.
