Situated between Riom-es-Montagnes and Mauriac, in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this fully renovated detached house (2016) awaits you in a tranquil environment. Nestled in a small mountain hamlet, you can go hiking (Col d'Aulac, Mars Valley, Puy Mary), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (Le Falgoux 18 km), fishing (Trizac and Menet lakes, Mars river), and swimming (Val Saint-Jean lake in Mauriac and Trizac lake).
Discover local heritage: Auzers and La Trémolière castles, the Romanesque church circuit, and the basilica of Mauriac.
The gîte features a 5,000 m² unfenced garden with outdoor furniture.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace (wood stove provided free of charge), flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, games console, dining room with open kitchen, walk-in shower room, separate WC, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, bathroom with WC.
