On this quiet cul-de-sac, you'll be across the street from Del Mar's heated outdoor pool, saunas, and tennis courts, and around the corner from the incredible oceanfront Bluff Trail. The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Sea Ranch Chapel, Walk On Beach, and Shell Beach are all within two miles. Downtown Gualala's cute markets, shops, and galleries are three miles up the coast.



Completed in 2023, this all-electric home is full of eco-friendly details, from the clean Sonoma solar power to the heat pump cooling and heating. Step inside to find the main living area upstairs, maximizing the ocean view in the classic Sea Ranch style. Guest Access:

From the kitchen to the deck, everything in this home is at your disposal. The private hot tub is available around the clock -- no reservation needed. Driveway parking is available at the property. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in The Sea Ranch on the Sonoma Coast, a masterfully planned community known for its dramatic coastline, meadows, and forest trails. Nearby highlights include community heated pool (North) (6-minute walk), Shell Beach tidepools (6-minute drive), The Sea Ranch Lodge restaurant, lounge and café (6-minute drive). The community features miles of bluff-top and forest trails, tidepools, two heated community pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and The Sea Ranch Lodge with its restaurant, lounge and café. For provisions, Gualala (10 minutes south) has grocery stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Jenner and Bodega Bay are scenic drives south.



Getting Around:

Sea Ranch is about 2.5 hours north of San Francisco -- take Highway 101 to Highway 1 for one of California's most scenic coastal drives. The nearest airport is Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa, roughly 90 minutes east. A car is the way to go for exploring the area.



Other Things to Note:

Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.



Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.



Whale watching season runs from December through April -- grab the binoculars and watch for gray whale spouts from your window. Spring (April-June) brings a wildflower show across the coastal meadows -- lupine, poppies, and iris paint the landscape. Summer (June-September) brings the warmest days and longest light. Morning fog is common along the coast -- it usually burns off by midday.



Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected.
